Our unique pathway is designed to give you the technical and professional expertise, as well as a minimum of two years industry experience on site with one of our clients.. You train you in the latest technologies, starting with Enterprise Architecture before you specialise in a high in-demand technology. During this period our trainers assess your skills alongside our client needs and tailor the programme so you are fully prepared to move to client site.
Once you move onto client-site you are not forgotten! During this time we will support you all the way. From inspiring trainers to supportive consultant liaison officers, we wouldn’t be the company we are without these incredible teams. They support you throughout your whole time making sure you have no problems during training or on client-site and that you don’t miss out on any of our social events, like paintball!

Mohammed joined QA Consulting back in 2011 after finishing his masters. Mohammed worked at Capgemini as an oracle BPM developer before going to Lockheed Martin as an Oracle Developer. He is looking forward to continuing to develop his skills and eventually become an architect.

Ryan studied computing at the University of Northampton. Ryan’s current job role is IT Project Manager and involves managing expectations between business and tech from small projects up until larger projects. His future goals are to study and learn technical architecture at various companies so he can move over to a Business Analyst role.

The training fees are covered by QA Consulting along with luxury living accommodation. All we ask from you is to represent us for a minimum of two years.
Our Graduates can expect a warm welcome when arriving at our Academy in Manchester. We want to make the transition from University to work as easy as possible for you, so we have a team in place to make sure this happens.
We have social hours on Fridays, late starts on Mondays, and drinks in Media City every 6 weeks to help you get to know your colleagues and enjoy the number 1 city in the UK.
Once you have finished training you will work on-site with one of our industry-leading clients. We will support you during this time with personal development opportunities, social events, consultants’ conference and much more.
